Substitutions, Cancellations & Refunds

  1. Substitutions

Should a delegate be unable to attend, they may nominate an alternative person to attend up to 7 working days prior to the start of the event. The request should be made via email with the complete detail of the substitute and a call to be made to expedite the process.

  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You must contact Quest Conferences no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of the conference. A cancellation fee will be charged and refund will be processed as below

  • 90– 60 days prior to start of event: 75% of the payment will be refunded
  • 60 – 30 days prior to start of event: 50% of the payment will be refunded
  • 30 or less days prior to start of event: No refund, however the delegate will be issued a credit note to attend the forthcoming event which is non-transferrable.
  1. Refund Processing

All refunds will be made via cheque or bank transfers in favour of the party who paid for the registration for the registered delegate.

Quest Conferences will only refund fees paid directly to Quest Conferences. Refunds will be authorised and sent for processing within 10 working days of receiving a refund request and added to the next available payment batch. Please note bank holidays and festivals will be added to the 10 working days.

Please Note- No Refunds will be processed in cash.

  1. Event Cancellation

Quest Conferences reserves the right to postpone the event for any reasons and will arrange for a alternative dates and / or venue. Under this situation, registration for all paid delegates will be transferred to the new dates/ venue of the conference. Should Quest Conferences totally cancel the event, the paid delegates will be issued credit vouchers that they can redeem in full to attend any of other events arranged by Quest Conferences and its associated company.
